This course covers all the basics of mixing using a professional DAW. It defines sound and how we hear it. It takes the student through the mechanics of mixing, defining the language and overall approach given by professionals. It advises on room requirements for a successful mix coving Bass Traps, Diffusion and reflections. The classroom will be setup so that the student will see actual mixes taking place. The DAW used in this course is Logic Pro but any DAW will be acceptable. The hands-on approach will educate the learner in a practical way where they will learn by feedback from both tutor and class.
